I will report in more detail when I get home - so please bear with me for a few days. We have another 24 hours in Aland and I will be spending that relaxing and seeing a bit of the island rather than spending hours on the laptop!
The relay teams were fantastic yesterday. One gold medal, three silvers, three IOM records (and one near miss) and every changeover very smooth. There is so much potential for disaster in relays, but not for any of the IOM teams yesterday. They deserve plenty of coverage and this will appear on the blog over the next few days with photos.
The team have been quite brilliant all week and have been a credit to athletics and to the Isle of Man.
